Small Goal Small Win on my LLM ArbDR First Semester

LLM major in Arbitration and Disputes Resolution, to me, is ever an exhaustive mountain to climb. It can be so overwhelming in the vicinities of reading demands and new knowledge absorption, however the curriculum designated is a way accomplishing this tough commitment in a doctrine of small goals & small wins.

Small Goals & Small Wins has been an every ever golden rule so far after my first contact at Asian Works’ Leadership Programme 120 in 2003, at when my elder daughter was born. The curriculum designed by City U School of Law is in fact a good application when an outsider like me may able to climb up the hillsides at a relative care and guidance.

Course LW6401 on Dispute Resolution Theories and Practices was so intensive, and terribly exhaustive, in terms of the demands on reading and learning while LW5400 on legal concepts was too hard on laws of tort. The seem easiest, LW6404 on Research Project was finally proven in adverse that I had to rewrite the whole title due to the process of literature review.

I should be proud on my workload since October at when totally 12,000 words assignments had been submitted in my peak time on the participation of 2011 District Council Election. While the examinations were finally completed the date before this writing.

I am now looking forward in climbing another and another hillsides toward my goal. Special thanks have to be delivered to my fellow classmates in different steps, their assistances are so valuable in keep my movement forward.
