Reproduction of Anemone by Fission

In my marine aquarium situates at my office, a process of fission was committed by one of my anemone.

It hided itself at the corner of the aquarium for approximate 20 days already, at where a high water flow is maintained by the circulation of tank filtration.

I can visually observed that a new anemone has been fragmenting from the core of its original mother-body.  However they keep moving slightly at the same place with extremely tight adhesion to the tank glass surface.

It is the first time at the moment I observed their completely fragmented bodies.

How thin are they? The size of them overall is only a half of their original mother body!
